Play is vitally necessary to a cat’s psychological and bodily well being, and it’s particularly necessary for indoor cats. Regardless that cats could sleep as much as 16 hours a day, after they’re awake, they want stimulation, and the easiest way to perform that is with play. Within the wild, when lions, tigers and different wild cats aren’t sleeping, they’re both searching, or educating their younger to hunt. And play is nothing greater than channeling your home tiger’s searching intuition into play.
